Yummy Smoothie for the Soul

This is a completely vegan and gluten free recipe. The ingredients included are also great for digestion.

What you'll need:

  • A little over a cup of fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/2 a cup of water
  • 1/2 a cup of coconut water
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons of avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons of fresh ginger
  • Lime juice from a slice of fresh lemon
Throw all into a blender until blended and blend for up to a minute or until smooth and constant. You can drink right away or throw into the freezer for a half hour to an hour then get your drink on.
